Information on MiFID II

The Markets in Financial Instruments Directive 2014/65/EU (MiFID II) has been incorporated into national legislation by Law 4514/2018 in conjunction with any delegated decisions and supplementary instructions issued by the Hellenic Capital Market Commission and the Bank of Greece.

MiFID II sets out the rules that Investment Firms and Credit Institutions providing investment and ancillary services or carrying out investment activities should follow.
